Paul Notaro has maintained a private practice in West Seneca since his admittance into law in 1995. He practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Administration Law, Real Estate Law, Business Law and Emergency Medical Service and Fire District Law.
Paul’s extensive experience and training allow him to handle estate planning matters ranging from preparing a simple Last Will and Testament to creating an estate plan for clients having assets which require complex tax planning. He has also assisted clients navigate their way through the convoluted laws and regulations of Medicaid as they seek skilled nursing care. Paul provides these legal services in a compassionate manner trying not to forget the emotional needs of the client and their families.
Having handled thousands of Real Estate transactions, he is well versed in all aspects of transfer, financing & leasing (commercial and residential). Our office will also provide title insurance services as may be required in certain transactions. Paul also has experience preparing and litigating various land use and development legal matters.
Paul also has extensive experience negotiating and drafting commercial contracts for his business clients.
Finally, Paul’s volunteer service as an Emergency Medical Technician with Fordham University EMS has allowed him to provide legal representation to various Fire Districts in New York State. He provides legal advice to these Fire Districts regarding Firematic, as well as emergency medical issues. He has spoken at various Fire District Association Groups about legal issues facing the fire service.
When not busy at the office, Paul spends a great deal of time with his family. He also enjoys volunteering his time with a number of not-for-profit groups and Queen of Heaven Parish.
